Here, APPLiA has summarized the biggest changes.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The change comes from the implementation of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The directive is a minimum directive meaning that the regulations will be different within the EU.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest change is that the reverse burden of proof for original defect is extended from 6 months to 24 months.
