A blender is probably one of the most versatile kitchen appliances. It can be used to make smoothies, crush ice, make summer drinks, blend soups, and much more. But perhaps most importantly, it's a tool that can make it easier to get your daily intake of fruits and vegetables, which for many people can otherwise be a challenge to achieve.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One manufacturer that is investing heavily in blenders is Wilfa, which has a dozen different models in its range, ranging in price from about a thousand Swedish kronor to four times that amount. Wilfa's latest model was launched in June and is called Immix.<\/p>\n

Wilfa Immix is launched as a powerful blender in a stylish, Nordic design combined with smart and unique features, so that you achieve the best results. Immix is an 1800W blender equipped with an automatic cleaning function, heat-resistant glass jug, digital display and four pre-installed programs.<\/p>\n

The automatic cleaning function means that you fill the jug with hot water and a few drops of washing-up liquid, select the auto clean program and press start. When the blender stops, just pour out the water and the blender is ready for new tasks.<\/p>\n

The blender's jug (1.8 liters) is made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass that can withstand up to 90 degrees and large temperature differences, which is good if you want to be able to mix hot soups, baby food or other things.<\/p>\n

Immix is equipped with four different programs \u2013 ice crushing, full pitcher smoothie, half pitcher smoothie and automatic cleaning \u2013 for easy and convenient use.<\/p>\n

It also comes with a tamper that can be used in the jug to push the ingredients down to the blades while blending. It's a very useful accessory to have, especially if you have some liquid or ingredients that the blades can't reach.<\/p>\n

Wilfa's recipe for green avocado smoothie<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 1 ripe avocado
\n\u2013 1 banana
\n\u2013 10 grams of fresh ginger
\n\u2013 2.5 dl orange juice
\n\u2013 50 g fresh spinach leaves
\n\u2013 50 g oatmeal
\n\u2013 1\/2 lemon or lemon juice
\n\u2013 1\/2 lime or lime juice<\/p>\n

Put all the ingredients in the blender and start the half jug program. Tip! Add some ice cubes to make the smoothie extra cold and delicious. Enjoy!<\/p>\n
