Compared to 2020, it is still a higher outcome - then 39,930 homes in multi-family buildings and single-family homes were started.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">SCB writes in its press release that &quot;a<em>&quot;Of the apartments started, approximately 34,200 are in apartment buildings. This is 9 percent fewer than during the corresponding period in 2021. Preliminary, approximately 62 percent of these were leased as rental apartments.
