Applia is now taking the next step in the development of its operations. We are growing with both new members and expanded operations in connection with existing companies. One of the main reasons is that professional equipment is increasingly subject to similar regulations in several areas, not least around Energy Labeling, ECO Design and Producer Responsibility.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a first step in the new business, a working group for companies working in professional laundry is now being formed. In this segment, Applia, with existing and new members (Electrolux Professional, Elektroskandia\/Cylinda, Gorenje\/ASKO, Miele and Podab), will have a market coverage well above 90%.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Business development and more focus on the professional market may also occur in areas such as dishwashers or refrigerators\/freezers, where we have well-established contacts with, for example, the Swedish Energy Agency. Air-to-air heat pumps (HVAC), which are already handled by Applia at a European level, may also become part of Applia Sweden's business focus going forward.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
