SMEG's new color shade highlights the products' matte finish and timeless design, creating an atmosphere of sophisticated elegance in the home.

As design trends increasingly move towards matte surfaces, natural materials and calm, safe colour palettes, Moonlight is presented in a matte finish. Colours, lines and textures today not only define individual products, but also play an important role in shaping environments that convey genuine emotions. Surfaces become an extension of people’s identities – soft, tactile tones create calm and presence, while more expressive accents add energy and character. The balance between these elements gives each room its unique personality: never neutral, always expressive.

Moonlight blends naturally into this context – without taking over or creating sharp contrasts. The shade harmonizes with wood, light stone materials and satin-matt metals, and is designed to last over time, beyond seasons and temporary trends.

Moonlight becomes a natural part of everyday life from the first moment of the day. SMEG's breakfast series – toaster, kettle and coffee maker – is now available in the new shade and conveys a calm that transforms the morning routine into small moments of well-being.

The iconic FAB refrigerators, strongly associated with SMEG’s design DNA, are presented in the same colour, creating a visual unity that extends across different rooms. In the kitchen, as well as in a studio or office, a Moonlight-coloured FAB helps to set the tone of the room – a recognisable but never intrusive element that conveys order, calm and a sense of homeliness.

The new Moonlight shade will also be available for cookers and extractor hoods in the Portofino range, as well as for kitchen appliances in the 50's Style range. This broadens the possibilities for creating a cohesive whole and strengthens a consistent colour concept. SMEG's small and large appliances are designed to interact, and together they create harmonious environments where each part contributes to a common expression.
