Smeg, the Italian brand known for its timeless design and high-quality kitchen equipment, is expanding its popular House of Coffee range with two exciting new products. Customize each cup just the way you want it and enjoy authentic Italian espresso in the comfort of your own kitchen. The new machine combines practicality and easy maintenance with an extremely elegant design. It brings the experience, feel and performance of a professional espresso machine into the kitchen. Entirely made in Italy The EMC02 is designed to meet the needs of coffee enthusiasts and those who are getting started with semi-professional espresso machines for the first time. In fact, it can be used both manually and with preset functions for espresso and double cups. The machine is equipped with a lever for manual coffee brewing, a pressure gauge for precise extraction control and a knob for steam or hot water. The LCD screen has three buttons that allow you to easily select automatic functions and navigate through the settings menu. But that's not all. Thanks to the innovative triple heating system, the machine is ready to use just four minutes after starting up.

Available in matt black, matt white and emerald green, the espresso machine is equipped with an elegant brushed aluminium front panel, while the steam wand and dispensing unit are made of stainless steel complemented by comfortable silicone handles. On top of the EMC02 machine there is a stainless steel tray that provides a practical place to store coffee cups. Maintenance is easily managed with the automatic descaling program. Several accessories are also included: two pressure filters and two non-pressure filters, a milk container, a stainless steel tamper, a water hardness test strip and cleaning brushes. Under the tray catcher you will find a QR code, which gives access to the Smeg Assistant portal. Simply scan it with your mobile phone to access a useful guide for the EMC02-Minipro espresso machine, along with the user manual, technical documents, recipes and more.

CGF02: The perfect coffee grinder to complete the barista set

The new coffee grinder CGF02 seamlessly combines the timeless elegance of Smeg design with professional grinding quality. Designed for the most discerning coffee lovers, it combines state-of-the-art functionality with the aesthetics of the 50s and, thanks to its ability to grind superfine, is the perfect companion for the EMC02 espresso machine. Available in a brushed aluminum finish, it complements any Minipron color, as the EMC02 also has a front panel in the same material. The CGF02 coffee grinder features a stainless steel conical grinder with removable grinding system, a 240 g Tritan Renew coffee bean container with a sealable lid, a universal portafilter holder and a removable stainless steel magnetic plate. This versatile tool offers 50 grinding levels in micron levels, divided into three segments: superfine (suitable for the EMC02 espresso machine and for non-pressure filters), fine (suitable for pressed espresso filters) and medium (suitable for other coffee accessories). Using the coffee grinder is incredibly easy: just fill the container with coffee beans and adjust the desired degree of grinding. In addition, thanks to the backlit button, you can choose between two preset espresso functions.
