According to Ehandeln.se, it is the classic brands that holidaymakers in Sweden are searching for and shopping online. Using data from Pricerunner, they have compiled which product categories are most popular and which products have sold best via online channels since June 1st of this year.

Ehandel.se writes: "It is clear that with the lifting of restrictions and sunny weather, the Swedes have now returned to a life more similar to that before the pandemic. Among the ten most popular categories we find shoes, toys, skin care, perfumes and garden and outdoor environment.".

The industry's classic brand at the top

When we look at exactly which products are being clicked home online, we find a portable air conditioner from Electrolux – the Chilliflex Pro – in the very first place. Not so surprising perhaps considering the tropical temperatures of June!

After this, as second on the list, convenience takes over the interest of holidaymakers; in second place is a lounge set with a table and two sofas for outdoor use. But after that, the interest in cleanliness among buyers takes over almost completely.

Cleaning dominates

Vacuum cleaners in various versions then dominate the list with 3rd place being a traditional vacuum cleaner from Electrolux and 4th place being a robot vacuum cleaner from Roborock. Then the list is rounded off with another vacuum cleaner from Electrolux in place no. 10. Ehandel.se comments on this with: ”Electrolux – they celebrate triumphs on this list”!

Between the vacuum cleaners we have representatives for the categories garden products, shoes, swimming aids and mobile phones. You can find the full list below.
