Bertazzoni Heritage – now launching stainless steel stoves
With its warm and authentic style, Bertazzoni's Heritage series is perhaps the one that is most deeply rooted in the company's origins, and now selected models of the stoves are being launched in stainless steel.
To mark Bertazzoni's 140th anniversary two years ago, the iconic Heritage range was completely redesigned, while retaining its timeless charm. Inspired by the wood-burning stoves created by Bertazzoni's founders at the beginning of the last century, the Heritage range is controlled by rounded chrome knobs – replicas of the handrails found on the original Bertazzoni stoves.
Flagships
Family, food and engineering are the three words that have been passed down for six generations since Bertazzoni was founded in 1882, and that still define the company today. A year ago, the world's oldest family-owned manufacturer of kitchen appliances launched new, premium freestanding cookers aimed at those who understand that the kitchen is the heart of family life and designed to help people bring the best home-cooked food to the family table.
The 120 cm wide cookers are equipped with two electric ovens (69 litres each) with eleven functions, which gives great flexibility to cooking while built-in digital programming provides perfect control. The oven doors are equipped with soft-closing hinges and triple glazing, to minimise heat loss and avoid the risk of burns.
The induction hob has five heating zones, a booster function, pan detection, a residual heat indicator for each zone and two flex zones. All five heating zones can be used simultaneously, even if the ovens are used. The induction hob's heat levels are adjusted with a knob and the current setting is visible on the hob's glass surface.
To the right of the induction hob is a griddle in the form of an electric Teppanyaki grill in stainless steel. The griddle measures 506 x 262 mm and is made of 5 mm thick stainless steel. It is designed to provide consistently high heat across the entire cooking surface. The high cooking temperature makes the griddle ideal for browning meat and vegetables, as well as for preparing oriental dishes.
Wide range of stoves
With this launch on the Nordic market, Bertazzoni offers no less than 30 freestanding cookers – in the three series Heritage, Master and Professional – in different colours and designs (in sizes 60, 90, 100 and 120 cm), which means a total of 96 different variants. They are available with single, double or triple ovens, induction or gas hobs.
– A year ago, we launched our flagship stoves in the Heritage series – 120 cm stoves with double ovens and built-in griddle – with induction hob, and now we are broadening the series by launching selected stoves made entirely of stainless steel, says Peter Ericsson, General Manager Bertazzoni Scandinavia.

About Bertazzoni
Italy is one of the leading countries in the world when it comes to professional kitchen equipment – not least stoves. And this is reflected in Bertazzoni's products. Bertazzoni was founded in 1882, making it one of the oldest family-owned companies in the white goods industry. Production takes place in Bertazzoni's factory in Guastalla in northern Italy. The company operates in more than 80 countries, with just over 300 employees, and in 2021 Bertazzoni SpA had a turnover of 120 million euros.
In 2010, the doors opened to Bertazzoni's first showroom in Sweden, at Torsgatan 5A in Stockholm, and in January 2024, the company's new showroom – which has been completely renovated and has become larger with the takeover of the neighboring premises – was inaugurated at the same address.
