APPLiA's delivery regulations in construction

APPLiA has a long tradition of helping companies with delivery terms in customer relationships. Here we have summarized which delivery terms are helpful in construction.

When selling to customers in construction, it is recommended APPLiA Construction 2019 in the first place. Does the buyer want to use ABM 07? This is a buyer-friendly document regarding warranties, damages and penalties because it is focused on the house construction itself and not household products such as fixtures. Therefore, APPLiA recommends instead Industry-specific supplement ABM 07 APPLiA that handles these issues in a better way for both parties.

APPLiA has delivery regulations for installation (APPLiA Installation 2019) and function check (APPLiA Functional Check 2019) when products are installed and handed over to the client.

All delivery terms and conditions are available in the current version on APPLiAs homepage with the year of the latest revised edition and is valid until the next revision when the year is updated.
