APPLiA's delivery terms for repairs

APPLiA has a long tradition of helping companies with delivery terms in customer relationships. Here we have summarized which delivery terms are helpful for repairs.

In the event of repairs outside of what is covered by the warranty and/or complaint period according to the Consumer Services Act, APPLiA, in consultation with Consumer Agency regulations have been drawn up.

APPLiA Repair 2021 was revised last year and now there are also short comments – a practical guide to the document.

All delivery terms and conditions are available in the current version on APPLiAs homepage. All delivery regulations are given the year of the latest revised edition and are valid until the next revision when the year is updated.
