The criteria were developed in consultation with the Swedish Consumer Agency and are a guarantee for consumers and customers who want to have their products repaired by knowledgeable technicians with a high level of regulatory compliance.

APPLiA, in consultation with the Swedish Consumer Agency, has developed a document to ensure the reliability of service partners. Make sure that your contract workshops are authorized. An authorized service workshop is a guarantee for consumers or customers who want to have their products repaired that they have the knowledge and necessary verifications against authorities and comply with applicable legislation. You will find the criteria for becoming authorized below.

If you as a supplier enter into an agreement with a service workshop

APPLiA has developed a service agreement that you can use in its entirety or in selected parts when you agree with a service workshop to carry out warranty repairs or consumer repairs at your expense.
