New year and a starting point for the future
APPLiA is growing with new member companies and expanding its focus, and we have also launched a Nordic system for industry statistics. In other words, the year has started productively and with a strong connection to member benefits. We also have a new communication strategy which will, among other things, affect the website, APPLiAnytt and our presence in social media, primarily LinkedIn. The aim is to achieve greater success in our advocacy work through clearer target group-adapted communication and increased visibility, while strengthening the benefits for members. During the year, you will see how the platforms are changing to better meet the requirements for availability of information on where we stand on advocacy issues, while making it easy for you in the industry to find documents that help your business.
In 2024, we will also focus even more on circularity and recycling. The industry is already working very actively on this and as public interest in the issues grows, we want to position ourselves even more as an industry and actor with the opportunity to make a real difference in the area. We hope you will feel this shift and that more people will open their eyes to the possibilities of recycling!
