General provisions on examination, advice and repair of electrical household appliances (white goods and small electrical household appliances). The following provisions apply to service agreements between consumers and companies in the event of a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Services Act. In the event of a complaint about a defect in a purchased item in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, APPLiA Consumer Purchase applies.

APPLiA has developed an industry-wide application within the framework of the EDIFACT/ESAP standard (PRICAT/Price List – ESAP business transaction 45.1.1). It is available in Swedish and English. The format is general and standardized – the price information itself is of course unique for each business party.
