The customer purchased a wine cooler in December 2017. In 2020, a fan was repaired free of charge. In January 2021, the same fan broke again and the seller refused to replace or repair it. The customer has been offered a free fan by the manufacturer for repair at their own expense.

ARN: Rust in washing machine – free remediation

The customer purchased a top-loading washing machine with a 1-year warranty in October 2019. Due to shipping damage to the lid, the product was not put into use until January 2020. In November 2020, rust was discovered on the replaced lid.

ARN: Dryer fault – replacement and payment exemption for service invoices

The customer purchased a dryer in September 2018. The customer discovered from the beginning that there was an unusually high amount of lint and that several towels were torn. In October 2020, the customer complained about the fault and on 2 occasions technicians were on site, the company has also taken the machine in for long-term testing.

New recruitments at Severin and Gram

Peder Qwist has taken over as Nordic manager at household appliance manufacturer Severin and has been replaced by Jonas Danielsson, who was appointed as Sweden manager at white goods manufacturer Gram in April. Jonas Danielsson most recently came from Hemmy and has previously worked at Electrolux, Tretti.se and Samsung, among others.

Statistics Sweden announced in its annual report that the housing stock as of December 31, 2021 in Sweden was now close to passing 5.1 million homes - the number of residential apartments in the various housing types amounted to 5,096,007 homes.
